Marco Hernandez walked me through the whole repair process including what AAA needed and made arrangements for the rental car pick up. Dur car was repaired on time at the cost estimate and looked better than new. everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. more

Excellent! 10/21/2013

Crebassa's Auto Body gives good customer service and an excellent product. I just had a small dent in my rear quarter panel so they took care of it, painted it, and drove me home when I dropped off the car. The repair couldn't have been better: paint match, detailing, and even washed my car. more

Above and beyond service and support. 4/26/2013

VERY unusual story: One Friday I(totally at fault due to exhaustion and temporary insanity) sideswiped a truck directly in front of Crebassa's. Hearing the crash, Sandy (who looked like a blond angel visiting me in my time of need)came outside, witnessed the truck driver swearing and agitated, called other Crebassa's staff outside, and stayed with me until the situation (and the truck driver) calmed down and I could pull to the side of the road. Later she retrieved tire rim scraps from the street (I woke up that night and realized that I should have stayed to do that but was too traumatized). So one week later I was back with my car and AAA authorization, mentioned my accident took place on the street the previous week and then it dawned on both of us that my blond angel was Stacey. Anyway, from hand-holding to total service and professionalism, I can't imagine working with anyone else who would have given me that much help. A BIG thank you to Stacey and the rest of the extremely helpful and totally pleasant staff of Crebassa's who were there when I needed them!During AND after my accident! more

Exemplary work and service 10/2/2012

I have been bringing my car to Crebassa for various repairs over the years, and have never been disappointed. They are about as professional as you can get, they stand behind their work with pride, they are very easy to deal with. They follow up, keep you updated, answer all questions,etc. I have been impressed with every person I have ever dealt with there - Stacey, John, Will, Marco, Tom, they are all great. As an example on one occasion after a repair there was a slight window rattle that popped up and John Crebassa worked with me over a period of visits to eventually solve it. I could picture other shops not wanting to deal with it, but John never made me feel bad about wanting that slight rattle fixed and he took personal satisfaction in fixing it. I would refer anyone to this shop and it continues to be my go to body shop. more

Outstanding customer service, fantastic experience. 9/19/2012

There were a couple things that were very very good about it my experience with Crebassa's. One of the things was the way that Crebassa's service was connected to the other services. When I gave my info to my insurance adjuster, he took all the info and he had told me I could go to Crebassa's and get the work done. When I got there they already had all of my information so I didn't need to do all of that paperwork again. I had made arrangements to get a loan car while mine was being repaired. When I went to Crebassa's, while he was doing the estimate on the car there was shuttle car there that drove me from Crebassa's to the Hertz place where I could get the loaner car. After it was done I was able to leave the loaner car there and Hertz was able to pick it up. It was very convenient. They gave me the initial estimate, then later they let me know they had discovered additional injuries to the car that needed to be repaired. When I picked up the car they had an account of each thing they had fixed and the cost, why it had to be done. There was nothing mysterious about it, every expense was explained. I felt like I really understood what had been done to the car, and what had been replaced. Marco, the manager, on the phone let me know when it would be ready, and when I could pick it up. I felt the whole thing was what I would call customer friendly. They seem to be aiming to make the whole experience as smooth and as pleasant as it could be. At a time like that when you've had an automobile accident, eveything they did to makle the process simpler was very much appreciated. more

The single best experience ever. 8/2/2012

I'm 63 years old, and I have been to a bunch of body shops in my life. Working with Crebassa's Auto Body was the single best experience I have ever had. They are nice, helpful, on time, polite, and did a great job matching the paint. They even lined up a rental car for me. I couldn't have asked for any more. more

I've dealt with Crebassa's Auto Body Inc. personally and through the business I work for too. We've taken several cars there from the intake, and while dealing with the insurance company and keeping us informed about the progress, they always followed up the information with great service. The people at Crebassa's Auto Body are professional, very friendly, and accommodating. They're easy to deal with and are very nice! The company I work for was using them before I was hired and they've been happy with Crebassa's auto body repairs. more

The quality of their work is impeccable! 6/29/2011

My total experience with Crebassa's was totally a 5. I've used them for a couple years, and they are incredibly quick, honest, and straightforward about everything that's going on. They really help you know exactly what they're going to do to your car, how much it's going to cost, and the quality of the work at the end is impeccable! I've had the car done there 3 times because it keeps getting hit, and you can't tell that it's not brand new, right off the factory floor. more

Excellent service all around. Great craftsmanship. 6/27/2011

Crebassa's Auto Body exhibited excellent customer service, from the time I first called, to my visit to pick up my car. Their communication is stellar, and they are both pleasant and informative. The work itself was exceptional, too, and displayed great craftsmanship. I went to Crebassa's to repair a damaged fender, the headlights, and several dents on the door from an accident involving a deer. The job also entailed new paint, in addition to the body work. The end results were spectacular. The car looked like it had never been damaged, and I am quite pleased. Crebassa's is a one stop shop with excellent service, all around. There is no need for you to look for other bids. Go straight there and they will take care of everything for you. Shelley Bovero more
