A friend recommended Pro Fitness and their semi-personal training program to me. I've had gym memberships before and simply never show up. Personal training is way too expensive. The semi-personal they offer is a perfect marriage between the two. Somebody's counting on me to show up (social pressure) so I actually go and it's nowhere near as expensive as personal training. I've recently tried massage there as well. Hannah is very good. She's a fantastic masseuse.
