I’m 50 years old and never felt at home in a gym. Three painful years after an injury, I knew I needed to lose weight and strengthen my lower-back. But exercise was too scary. My muscles got weaker and weaker. Finally, I tried one trainer, then another. My back went out with both. Desperate, I went to Carina to see if she could help. I’ve strength-trained with Carina three times a week, for six months, without re-injuring my back. I’m in much better shape, stronger and have more energy than I’ve had in years. For the first time in my life, when I don’t go to the gym, I miss the exercise and the atmosphere---it’s amazing. It’s like getting together with friends. P.S. Now, I go to Pro Fitness five times a week! I work with the nutritionist, Julia, and use the Bodybugg to be more aware of my eating habits. I get massages from Nora. And I do Pilates with Maria -- all in one great place!
