Ordered flowers for a funeral ($200), and they didn't put a name on the flowers. The family was so disappointed to know that we didn't send them flowers. Finally today I had a chance to see if the family liked them, and they responded that they didn't see any from us. Terribly sad, disappointing, and embarrassing. Note to everyone, make sure to mention that you want your name on them. A simple phone call could have solved this issue, they didn't even attempt to see if we wanted our name on them. Who does this?
