I can't say that this company has the worst customer service because they simply don't have one. If anything goes wrong with your order, even when it is clearly their fault, they will turn it around and use their "substitution" bs provision or some lame excuse and pretty much tell you to screw. Once they have their money, they don't care about you anymore. "Chad" made my mom cried and I will never forget that. I will badmouth them everywhere I go. I wish I could give them zero stars. more

My Friend sent me a pic of the arrnagement when it was delivered adn I was so happy and beyond pleassed at how it looked. I will certainly keep your business info for future purchases! Not many businesses orperate like this one anymore and it warms my heart to know there is a few leftout there. more

I would really like to express how impressed I am with your company! I ordered a basic floral arrangement from your website and di not indicate anywhere in the order(other than the nassage) that is was for the birth of a baby boy.Your company went above and beyonf to decorate it wwtih blue ribbon and a "baby boy" decoritive sign in the arrangement. more

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and somehow gave them the wrong number to the building. The driver took his time to find the right building to make sure she got them! Thats what I call service! more

I ordered flowers for our anniversary. I sent them to my girlfriends work and accidentally put down the wrong building number. The delivery driver took the extra time to make sure they got to the right building! The arrangement looked fantastic and were delivered in a very timely manner! more
