I was looking for a nice little place to take my wife for dinner before she left on vacation and stumbled (I did some internet surfing) upon Brule Bistro. Service was very friendly and attentive from the start. We ordered a cauliflower fritata and a salmon/goat cheese flat bread as an app, flavorful, nice starter. Decided to split an entree to save space for dessert. One of the specials they were running that night was seared scallops on a bed of soba topped with pork belly. Very Good! The chef really brought this together really well, we were both impressed. Dessert was freshly baked chocolate chips cookies and ice cream, nice way to wrap up the meal. It is so nice to find a restaurant that takes the time and care to serve their customers amazing dishes. We will be back +++
