Jacques food is great!! From the tastings to the wedding, all the food was fresh, hot and delicious!!! The value is great!! The wedding packages include so much food and a cake!! The staff was very helpful and flexible throughout our planning!! The only negative was dealing with them the few days before the wedding. We were originally told that Jacques would be setting up the inside tables on Friday between 12-3pm. Then, on Wednesday before the wedding, we were told it would be Thursday. We were then called on Friday morning and notified that it would be 4pm (which was our rehearsal time). The tables and chairs were finally dropped off at 5:30pm. Thus, we were late to our rehearsal dinner. The tables and chairs were not set up until a half hour before our wedding. Guests were already arriving and napkins were still being folded. Since we were doing a lot of the wedding planning/prep ourselves, we were not able to set the tables the way we wanted. Several items were left off of the tables due to the last minute chaos. Other than that, the wedding went off great! Our guests complimented the food. The bartenders were great!!
