I'm really puzzled by Katelynn's comments below. I have been a client of Stiletto Salon for almost 6 years now and have NEVER had any problems. I am a client of Chris and my husband is a client of Erin and we love them both. The sinks are NOT broken, nor have they ever been when I was in the salon. The salon IS always clean and the staff IS friendly, they always are, Chris would not tolerate anything less. My experiences have always been positive and most of the staff know us both by name, they even know my puppy's name and ask how she is doing. Both my husband and I were there this morning for appointments and everything was functioning just fine including the sinks. I find it difficult to understand why someone would tell such bold face lies about a salon and person that is kind and always willing to help a worthy cause. I can remember when Stiletto was offering free haircuts to people who were unfortunately unemployed when the economy first started to lag - oh my how terrible is that? NOT! I know they have done cancer walks and fundraisers for local charities, I know this because I have donated. The only reason I can think of for such a nasty review would be that Katelynn has some other axe to grind. What happened, did she bounce a check and now she is mad because Stiletto wants payment? Did she miss an appointment and not cancel in time and was charged (a practice most good salons have anymore and hardly a surprise)? I can only guess but really such childish behavior should be left on the playground. If Katelynn has a legitimate beef, she should be an adult and take it up with the owner of the salon Chris and not stoop to such foul and classless behavior as spewing lies all over the internet.
