Loved my salesman Kareem....Bought a 2012 GLK in February, got in the car three weeks ago and didn't have air conditioning. It was 100 that day, took it to Tafel they tell me that something has punctured the condenser and since it is an outside force it would not be covered under the warranty. After 15 emails back and forth, I again specifically asked for breakdown of labor/parts on the quote that I was given. His response was "I think we have developed "trust issues" in our relationship" and you need to take your car somewhere else" WTF, I guess they would rather kick a customer to the curb then tell the truth.
