We had an order delivered, and the pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and cold. The pizza was smeared all over the packaging, and was tasteless. After being put on hold for about ten minutes, I finally spoke with the manager. Never have I spoken to a more rude and careless manager in my life! She kept cutting me off, and even YELLED at me. I have never seen such an abhorrent example of customer service. I will never order from Arrenellos again, and I will make sure that someone above this manager is aware of the disgusting customer service I received.
