Terrible Service and Food 8/17/2012

We had an order delivered, and the pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and cold. The pizza was smeared all over the packaging, and was tasteless. After being put on hold for about ten minutes, I finally spoke with the manager. Never have I spoken to a more rude and careless manager in my life! She kept cutting me off, and even YELLED at me. I have never seen such an abhorrent example of customer service. I will never order from Arrenellos again, and I will make sure that someone above this manager is aware of the disgusting customer service I received. more

Fantastic Pizza! 2/19/2009

Arrenello's Pizza is the best I've ever had and I've been eating pizza a LONG time! They don't skimp on the ingredients and they put a lot of care and effort into making each pie. The sauce is a little sweeter than others, which is one of the things I like about it. It's thicker and richer, more like tomato paste. They cook their stuffed pizza all the way through, so you never get that gummy half-cooked dough center in the top crust. Their thin crust pizza isn't pumped full of air and tasteless like the ones I've found in so many other places. If you're looking for quality pizza, Arrenello's is the place to find it! more

Smallest pizzas ever and taste like sugar 2/20/2008

I just ordered arrenellos pizza tonight. One medium and one small and one small salad. It was $31 before tipping delivery man. I couldn't believe how small the pizzas were. The small pizza was like a baby Jenny Craig and the medium was $16 and was not much bigger. Very dissatisfied. I called and complained and was hung up on. Furthermore, the pizza sauce must be laced with lots of sugar and was awful. I have never felt more ripped off before. more

I love this pizza - it's great! 5/28/2005

This is by far the best pizza in NW Indiana. The sauce has a bit of a sweetness to it that makes it very distinct from other sauces. I usually order with easy sauce because sometimes they put a bit too much but other than that the pizza is great. PROS: Great Taste CONS: It's a bit pricey more
