I noticed a small wet spot on the drop ceiling in the basement yesterday so I called Ben Franklin. Ed came first thing this morning and found that a connection in the hot water pipe had never been soldered together--since 1987! He said we were really lucky it hadn't leaked before this. We call Ben Franklin for all our plumbing work because they are so reliable, neat and efficient.
