WORST service ever. \r

We needed to call them multiple times in order to get someone to just come look at the repair. They sent a technician who looked at the fridge and read the error codes to someone on the phone. He then said he needed to get approval for the repair.\r

A week later we called back and they said they're waiting on approval from the warranty company.\r
\r
So we call the warranty company and lo and behold, they JUST received the request for parts.\r
\r
Aid is a bunch of liars, rude and just plain awful. We only got paired up with them as they were the closest for service in our area on the extended warranty.\r
\r
If you do not need to use Aid Audio and TV, don't! I cannot stress this enough!
