UPS lost my order, Hurst pulled through with excellent service! 8/22/2012

I purchased some flooring on Amazon and Hurst Hardwoods promptly sent out the order via UPS. UPS claimed to have delivered it, but I never received my package. After contacting Hurst, they tried to work with UPS and, when the package could not be located, did not hesitate to send a replacement out as soon as possible. I got the replacement quickly and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Would recommend strongly. more
