I DO NOT like the way they put you in an exam room then come in and take your pet away. You sit there with no communication for hours alone in a room. The last time I was there with a cat they tried to return a dog to me and then a cat that was not mine. When I arrived they gave me an ID collar similar to a wrist band to put on him. Neither of the two wrong animals they brought in had on ID nor did mine when I finally got him back. I got the distinct impression they were not sure who they were treating. Expensive, unorganized and in my opinion the risk for my pet to recieve the wrong treatment was very real given the fact his identification was removed and they didn't seem to know which animal belonged to who.
