Groupon is hurting your business. I love a good deal, but the service you provide when a customer uses a Groupon is very disappointing. All windows were very streaky, plastic over speedometer was streaky, water and soap marks on b-pillar, water spots on side view mirrors, significant brake dust between spokes on wheels, etc. If you can't offer a quality service at a discount, then stop offering the discount. I have always washed and waxed my own vehicles but was finally gave in to a professional job. Needless to say, I'll be going back to detailing my own cars again. \r

A word of advice: If you're going to detail cars, pay attention to the details.
