Very unhappy today when I drove 25 miles for a hair appt only to find out after I got there my stylist was no longer there. I told her at the front desk who I was there to see and she had me change and then tried to give me someone else. I feel it was a very tricky move on their part. If she would have told me when she called to confirm my appt. I probably would have gone with someone else. Didnt trust them at this point. Not a good way to treat customers. I left.
