There is not 1 single person in the entire company that is concerned with customer service. They, including the owner, are interested in YOUR money and how much of it they can get. I managed to get most of my security deposit back because I steamed my own carpets and replaced all bulbs and stove burner pans (if they are dirty they'll charge you to replace them). I moved out before the end of my lease and they had the house rented within a few days of me turning the keys over to them. I had to call once and email twice to get my prorated rent back. They do not care about the houses they manage, they don't care about the people they rent to. Avoid this place at all costs!
