Staff is unbelievably, indescribably rude, and they are trained in rudeness by the owner, who is a ""b"" to her customers: degrades their scrapbooking skills, and has across-the-store personal conversations that are completely inappropriate (how drunk she got, how dumb her last customer was, etc). When/if they ask if they can help you, it's with a rude tone that tells you clearly, you'd better not ask for help. If you can't find something, they point while staying on their chair at the register. Not friendly, not polite, not helpful, usually eating.
