Guys, tone it down a little, at least until the after 0200 crowd arrives. Put more into the service and food and less into the "look" of faux fancy. "Lively" is the understatement of the year. Not all your clientele is coked up requiring everything loud and bright - or looking to buy a 5K blown glass vase for their 50th floor hi-rise. You call it a steakhouse, give people a steakhouse. The food and wines are definitely good, its got great potential.\r

By the appearance of everyone's cookie-cutter Euro-Latin styled dress and lack of manners, they'll pay for anything they think is popular-so you should do fine for a little while. For the long-term success make everyone happy. \r
