The quality is good, and he is really, really knowledgeable. For example the car was overheating and we filled it with antifreeze the night before. After driving to work and coming home the antifreeze was all gone, but there was no noticeable leak. He was very scientific about it and knew exactly what was happening. He was very knowledgeable.
