Concept Autobody is very customer service oriented. They really went the extra mile in helping me get to work when I needed to or being able to accommodate my schedule. They even helped with the car rental situation and expedited that.
The car was absolutely gorgeous. When I picked it up, it looked great. They even detailed it a bit, so it looked very nice. So I was very pleased, aside from the circumstances of almost totally wrecking my car. It was a hairsbreadth away from being totaled, but now I'm very pleased.
