I have never been so pleased with a body shop, I will not go anywhere else, hopefully I never have to go, but that is the place, Josh, the owner is very professional and friendly. I actually had two accidents within a matter of two months. Josh, the owner, took really good care of me - especially the second time. He got a tow truck for me and everything. He was on it, and had my car ready before I had to leave for a family vacation. They were overall very helpful. They tried to stay in contact with me the whole time, and were very good about getting back to me which made things easy. My car came back in great shape, it doesn't even look like it was in an accident. more

10/10 for Concept Autobody. I always get great service from Josh. They are the only place I will probably ever go to if I have any work that needs to be done on my vehicle. They're great. more

The guys are great down there, they really took care of me. They repaired the front end of my Toyota Corolla. Josh let me use his car as opposed to getting a rental, it saved me a lot of money. They were patient all the way through, my insurance company were being real sticklers. They were very helpful as far as accommodating the needs of the customer. more

Extremely happy with Concept Autobody. 8/2/2012

Concept Autobody is very customer service oriented. They really went the extra mile in helping me get to work when I needed to or being able to accommodate my schedule. They even helped with the car rental situation and expedited that. The car was absolutely gorgeous. When I picked it up, it looked great. They even detailed it a bit, so it looked very nice. So I was very pleased, aside from the circumstances of almost totally wrecking my car. It was a hairsbreadth away from being totaled, but now I'm very pleased. more

Awesome! 6/24/2011

Concept Autobody is awesome and they keep you in the loop. They let you see how the process is going and when the parts will come in. Other companies don't do that. I'm really happy with what they did. I was passing by one day and saw my friend's Viper with Concept's logo on it so I decided to try them out. I was talking about painting with the guys at Concept Autobody and I decided to take my car in. They did a body kit for me. They do excellent work with great customer service. I've recommended them to others after they ask about the custom paint job on my car. Concept Autobody went beyond my expectations. I'm very picky about my car and I'm very concerned with whether others can tell between the factory paint job and a custom one. I couldn't tell the difference with the work done by Concept Autobody! more

Concept Autobody is excellent! 5/17/2011

I will never go anywhere else but Concept Autobody! There's no doubt about that! I pass out their cards all the time and recommend them to anybody shopping for a great auto shop. Seriously, they are great. They offered to pick me up and to drop me off wherever I needed to be. They even did all the legwork with the insurance company for me, such a relief! And when they returned my car to me, they had even washed it for me! I have never been unhappy with them. They do absolutely wonderful work! more
