I arrived at opening time on Monday morning, was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service rep who quickly and courteously wrote up my order and directed me to the customer waiting area. When my car was ready about an hour later, the cheerful service tech explained everything that was checked and done, and then escorted me to the cashier, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. (I don't recall receiving that kind of direct attention from a mechanic at a dealership before.) While itemizing the invoice, the cashier noticed and corrected a detail that should be covered by the warranty, thus saving me money. Then I was off to work and in my office before 8:30.
