I would give this place 10 stars if possible. I had used ClickAway before for minor repairs and once to remove a serious virus. Recently I was in the middle of a real estate transaction and my printer died. I took it into the shop and met Tim Roberts. Turned out that as I needed a printer pronto I purchased a new HP printer and a really competitive price. I came home and spent time getting the printer set up. Unfortunately, printing was fine but I was not able to get the scan and fax features to work. I was leaving town the next day. I called Tim and explained my dilemma. He said to give him a call when I returned and he could probably solve the problem over the phone. Well, this story is getting too long but Tim did spend probably 4 or 5 hrs trying to fix the problem by remote and ended up coming OVER to my house and found out that HP had left out a vital piece of info in their instillation disk. Tim was able to work around the HP problem and got everything working just great. There was no charge for the house call. Can't recommend this place and Tim Roberts highly enough.
