I would give this place 10 stars if possible. I had used ClickAway before for minor repairs and once to remove a serious virus. Recently I was in the middle of a real estate transaction and my printer died. I took it into the shop and met Tim Roberts. Turned out that as I needed a printer pronto I purchased a new HP printer and a really competitive price. I came home and spent time getting the printer set up. Unfortunately, printing was fine but I was not able to get the scan and fax features to work. I was leaving town the next day. I called Tim and explained my dilemma. He said to give him a call when I returned and he could probably solve the problem over the phone. Well, this story is getting too long but Tim did spend probably 4 or 5 hrs trying to fix the problem by remote and ended up coming OVER to my house and found out that HP had left out a vital piece of info in their instillation disk. Tim was able to work around the HP problem and got everything working just great. There was no charge for the house call. Can't recommend this place and Tim Roberts highly enough. more

Clickaway service was EXTRAORDINARY! My computers and phone stopped working; after dealing with Comcast customer service that could not solve the problem and could not come out for days to check it, I used Yelp to find Clickaway. Clickaway sent tech Kaveh to my home within 15 minutes on a Saturday. Kaveh was focused, fast working, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem (bad modem), had repair parts with him, made the repair, installed the software on my computers, and networked everything--including a new printer--in less than an hour. Friendly, neat, and efficient, I will call them again for computer issues. Highly recommended! more

Great service! Took my old Dell desktop in after a ""blue screen of death"" type crash. Michael identified the problem quickly, backed up my data to an external drive, and refurbished the computer for classroom use (as I am a high school teacher). While at the store, I noticed a flyer for cell phone repair. My wife's iPhone had been run over by one or more cars and the screen had been smashed. They fixed it up good as new! more

BBB A Rated Computer Repair - I know why 5/9/2012

Want someone who can handle all your computer and cell phone issues? Go here. They are licensed, bonded and insured so I was confident in giving them my laptop. Then, I broke my cell phone screen twice, and they fixed it too while I waited. more
