I first met Dr. Barbara Kalvig of KSV Associates over 20 years ago. At that time, she helped to care for my cat who had developed hyperthyroidism and was suffering from a very severe ear infection with neurological complications. She later adopted out to me a young cat that she had rescued, that had been abused, neglected and injured. When that cat later nded life saving intestinal surgery, she was part of the team diagnosing and caring for her. So of course, with all the excellent care she rendered my pets, I chose to stay with her to care for my current 2 rescues. I have also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Shorter, who has also cared for both of my cats that I now have.
