The call center personnel are completely horrible, rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. I called them Friday afternoon about the AC being out and the woman on the phone told me I should wait 'til Monday. In Texas. In August. I told her that No, I wanted someone *asap* and she had a technician call me. Then the technician explains to me that it's a $90 charge for coming out on weekends, just to look. Thanks for not mentioning that, call service wench. I schedule an appt for Monday at 5. My phone rings 10 am Monday to ask me how my AC repair went. Upon telling them that *noone had come out yet*, the confused person on the phone reset my 5 pm appointment time. When the technician showed up around 5, all the paperwork about the warranty company was non-existant even though I had given them all my information over the phone. Will not use again.
