I think the only reason someone would have a bad experience there is because they go in there mad, thinking they're the only one in there and only they should be waited on, yes I've had problems just like I had problems with verizon. I always go in with a good attitude, and always get help, if I was an employee and had a customer that was pissed off and didn't like anything, I would treat you like crap too, get over youself and don't judge just because your mad more
