I think the only reason someone would have a bad experience there is because they go in there mad, thinking they're the only one in there and only they should be waited on, yes I've had problems just like I had problems with verizon. I always go in with a good attitude, and always get help, if I was an employee and had a customer that was pissed off and didn't like anything, I would treat you like crap too, get over youself and don't judge just because your mad more

Unknowledgable employees; Go to Best Buy for service 8/17/2011

Unknowledgable employees. There is no continuity or organization to the store. When the store was busy I saw employees sitting in the back conversing. Go to Best Buy for the customer service experience and low pressure sales. No point in making an appointment b/c its first come first served. No wonder the company is falling apart. I am cancelling my plan and going to Verizon more

yeah, uh brenda s? did you ever think that maybe the the lack of employee assistance was because of the store itself and not sprint? i happen to like sprint. i think they have some of the best plans, and the best phones. so what they don't have coverage everywhere? sometimes you need a vacation from people calling, so there they added that in for free. i think you should watch what you say before you diss the number 3 telecommunications company. that's right, 3. more

There are better options 8/4/2005

Could not wait to get out of this contract. When you walk into the store you walk around and browse and no one asks if they can help you or assist you. Many area's I could not get a connection where a friend on a different network could. Found the bill to be confusing. After cancelling service they sent me a bill for zero dollars for many months. No wonder their service costs more. more
