Although the place is clean and thorough, it's also way overpriced, they constantly try to add on additional tests and fees (it cost me almost $500 last time I was there with two dogs and picking up foods). You never get to see the same people twice if you're like me and can only take your pets in on the weekends. I'm not even sure the same people work there from year to year. When you've got an appointment, they can't seem to keep it -- you're always waiting, often up to twenty minutes or longer on the weekend.\r

They also discontinued carrying our cats' prescription food and we weren't notified until we showed up to get more. Since we were a bowl away from empty, that didn't give us the time to shift to a new food slowly, so all our cats were sick for two weeks.\r

The final nail on the coffin is they are so afraid of losing revenue that they refuse to provide prescriptions for pharmacies that aren't them, particularly online pharmacies, despite the law saying they must. Last y
