Every time I call to schedule an appointment I am directed to a voicemail. I have never spoken to a human being directly to make an appointment... they always call back a day or two later and it's hard to get to the phone if you actually have a job. I call months in advance for well appointments... and give two/three good dates or times and ask them to schedule it and leave the date/time that worked for their schedule on my voicemail b/c I work and can't answer all the time. They refuse and leave a voicemail saying ""Hi, we got your call, call us back at..."".. I call back.. it goes to voicemail.. and it's like this until I finally get a chance to answer.\r

On two separate occasions they called me about children who weren't even mine. Scheduling is so unorganized. Ask to speak to a manager and you will be redirected to someone else in their call center or transferred to the well appointments voicemail... but you'll never speak to a manager directly.. or a member from scheduling.\r

Also, if you use their online system to get immunization records.. it gives you a confirmation and when you try to pick them up, they say they don't have any record of you ordering them (despite your confirmation.. and despite showing them you have it) and they will tell you it will be another week.\r

Save yourself a headache. Super unorganized pediatric office.
