You follow their process for cancellation, however their rude, incompentent corporate staff does not follow thru with the cancellation process. You'll have to cancel your bank account to get them to stop stealing your money. The Pasadena facility has overcrowed classes & they allow the creepy hispanic male members to glare thru the windows at the women in the classes (you complain to the staff - they do nothing!!), the sauna is FULL of sweaty TOPLESS, FAT hispanic men that fling their sweat your way when you enter - very unsanitary, hispanic women in the shower look like they brought their entire family in to shower, the floors are wet & unsafe, hispanic women stare as you lock you belongings up. PAY for a upscale gym - DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO FITNESS CONNECTION SCAM -- THEY ARE THEIVES!
