Previous review of Freedom's service agreement has been rectified. Freedom called, stated I did have an aggreement, they would be out at my convience to service my unit. Skip came, we talked about what had happened, he apologize for the ommission, serviced my unit and sold me another aggreement for the coming year. I was very pleased with the manner they handled my review
