I've used Dr. Matt Lampe for 7 years. He's a very competent, knowledgeable and cares deeply for our equine friends. He has an unbelieveable stallside manner and my TB mare who can be a pill loves him and will let him do anything to her. He's also committed to doing the best for your horse and has gone above and beyond for mine. 2 years ago this August my Arab mare Lily developed what we thought was collic. He stayed with us from 6 pm until 1 in the morning until she was stabalized. We thought she was doing ok, but in the morning I had to call him again. He was back to my farm and made arrangements to go to the Sports Medicine Equine Emergency in Weatherford. Unfortunately we lost her to an undetectable and symptom free benign fatty adipose tissue tumor (no symptoms of illness until the day before she died). Even though I lost her, he was there for us working through the night and then back the next day to make sure she received the best treatment. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the care he gives my horses.
