This is an update to my comment below from several months ago. They never returned our MULTIPLE attempts to contact them to redeem our second PREPAID voucher. We finally had to go back to the 3rd party website through which we purchased the vouchers to get a refund (the 3rd party was wonderful, by the way, and promptly assisted us). At that point, I just wanted to be done with EcoStar completely. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service and I cannot believe they are still in business. However, now that I just want to move on, they keep spam emailing me and texting me promotional offers. Are you kidding me? I have called and asked them to remove me from their contact lists (especially the texts...so annoying), but of course my requests have been disregarded. One last thing, I find it very interesting that the one glowing review written below is written by ""Holyoak"" which happens to be the same last name as the owner, Stacie Holyoak. Puh-lease....
