My family and me are renters and it's been a nightmare to get a response from Block & Associates. We have tried contacting several agents because our lease will soon expire, but we are not getting any response at all. We were going to renew, but have decided against it because the customer service has gone dramatically downhill. I have offered to take pictures of the home so they can get it online for another renter to take over, but still no response. We have rented for four years from them, but the past year has been very unsatisfactory as far as customer service. Silence can be very unsettling when there are issues to be resolved or problems that need to be taken care of with your rental house & there's no way to contact the actual owner.
