To My new extended family... Sono Bello. Thank you so much for everything. I am now day 4 post-op for upper/lower abdomen, arms and flanks. I can not say enough about how great I was treated at Sono bello. From the day of my consultation being greeted with warmth and a great smile by Rene at the front desk.. I returned for my pre-op appointment and was met by my nurse, Julie, who was so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Valenzuela explained the procedure to me and provided me with realistic expected outcomes. The day of my procedure, my dad drove me and decided to wait. He was escorted to a very comfortable private waiting area (he didn't want to leave :) ) . He told me later that everyone was very hospitable. Nurse Julie and Dr. Valenzuela were there again and went over the process of the procedure again and made sure that I was completely informed and comfortable.I felt like all my questions were answered before I could even ask them. I was taken into the operating room and greeted by my O.R. nurse Suzette, who was truly a Godsend. She made sure I was comfortable , held my hand and told me stories :) Dr. Valenzuela ( absolutely love this man) kept me informed throughout the procedure and was appropriately comical. If I ever have any more work done, I would not consider going anywhere other than Sono Bello! I have received follow up phone calls from both the nurses and Dr. V. PLUS follow up emails to remind me of do's and don'ts!
