After a rough start with a snow storm and power outage, this team at Sono Bello took amazing care of me rescheduling my Saturday surgery ASAP and a making special time for me. Taisha spent a lot of time by phone keeping me posted and listening to my sad voice on the other end of the phone when we had to reschedule for circumstances beyond their control! Dr. Brownstein And his team came in on the following Monday for me, a day they usually do not perform surgery. Dr Brownstein and Adrienna quickly put to rest my fears about the procedure and the medication I needed to take to relax. It worked like a charm and everything was explained to me during the procedure. I felt so relaxed and safe. Adrienna was so nice and very comforting assisting me pre and post op. That night, Dr. Brownstein called me to check up on me and the next day Tiasha called to check on me. We had another snowstorm on Wednesday and I called in with a question when the office was closed due to the weather, and she quickly returned my call, checked with a nurse and called me right back. I had a question about the compression bodysuit. I look forward to my return visit next week. I would recommend Sono Bello KOP to anyone looking for a body or face contouring procedure. more

The consultation was excellent, actually had two other appointments elsewhere and decided right at the consultation that I was going to get it done ASAP. I cancelled my other appointments with other places. I was even considering bypass surgery. Everyone was nice and I was treated very well. I do want to mention that the pain and the amount of pain was down played. Maybe it's so I wouldn't be afraid or back down or just that everyone is different. But I was not ready to go back to work in the 4 days like promised. But I own my own business and I am the only worker, so I had to go to work few days after procedure. I couldn't bend, laugh barely walk lol I was a mess. I was in pain this whole time. It's just letting up after 6 weeks. So please let people know that they may need like a week if a lot of fat is removed. Also, I received conflicting info on when I could return to the gym. I may have went back to soon n I felt like I was gonna die. But all in all, I already see results so hopeful after the 6 months my stomach is flatter and my back stays roll free lol. more

Everyone is friendly, polite and professional from the first phone call with Jenna to the actual procedure with Dr Brownstein. Jenna, Alexis and Petra did an excellent job with scheduling and billing. Diane was very thorough at my initial visit and made me feel comfortable being there. Jamie RN was extremely friendly and professional, she made me feel relaxed and confident that I made the right decision. Dr. Brownstein was thorough, nice, explained everything to be expected in detail. The manager Taisha, runs an exceptional office keeping me well informed of what was going on before I was taken back. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and highly recommend them. more

It was amazing and I can't believe the result. I pass by the mirror every morning and can't believe the new me. The outcome out weigh the surgery any day. I would recommend this surgery to any who needs it any day. The Doctors and the staff are amazing. Won't LIE it hurt initially but if I had to do it again. I would I suggest that if anyone is going to get a body contour do it in the winter so your friends are amazed in the spring. more

Venus for Thighs 10/30/2017

Have been getting the VENUS treatments for my thighs and I have seen a good result within the first couple! My legs are firmer and my cellulite less visible in the treatment areas. Definitely recommend it for those that are concerned with stubborn areas that even diet and exercise can't always help! more
