I previously rated this with five stars. I couldn't believe my eyes when my husband surprised me with an arrangement that cost over eighty dollars today that looked disgusting. He ordered them through FTD, as he has before, and they used their right to ""substitute"" WAY too freely. I'm very disappointed that my husband spent alot of money trying to do something nice and they took advantage and sent horrible flowers. I was very surprised as they have done very nice work before. When I called them, thinking they would make it right, they used an excuse that must be common in the business, ""The owner isn't here."" I'm stuck with the flowers that never should have been but will never use them again.\r
