My husband, who is in Iraq, had ordered flowers and balloons for Valentine's Day from an online company who, I guess, has some kind of contract with Four Seasons Florist since they were the ones who delivered it. I received a little bowl w/ hearts on it and 2 Mylar Balloons. At the time they delivered them, I did not notice how the flowers were floating in the water like they just cut them in half and dropped them in the vase. I was just so excited to receive them! My husband called me later that day and asked me about my Valentine's present. I had described it to him and became very upset. He sent me a copy of the invoice and told me that I should have received a large bouquet of flowers w/ 4 balloons. I called the florist that day and the phone just rang. I called the next weekend and spoke to a woman w/ an accent and explained to her what had happened. She told me that no one picked up the phone because they were all out delivering.
