The customer service here is awful. I was in a piece of equipment when it broke and I notified the staff. They made note of what broke but did not apologize or seem concerned for my well-being AT ALL. I have since cancelled my membership but if you do not cancel prior to June 15th then you will be charged an additional $18 per person for their yearly enhancement fee. I feel ripped off because not only did their equipment break but they did not repair it and now I'm going to be charged an additional fee. It is usually very crowded after 5pm so I know they are making enough money to not have to charge me the yearly enhancement fee. They flat out refused to waive the fee even though I already cancelled. The staff doesn't know what good customer service is apparently.
