Just graduated, and a little sad to be saying goodbye to Southside. My friends and I loved living there. Going to miss all the great friends i have made. If you are looking for a nice place to live where you can walk to campus this is it. They rent by the semester and the apartments have furniture. So if you aren't staying for the summer you don't have to pay for it. But you can reserve your apartment for the next semeseter. That makes it a really good deal. We liked the pool a lot--but the weather didn't cooperate too much this past year. We got new beds this year and they changed out our carpet, so they do a good job keeping the place up. Southside is a a really good deal, and a really good place to live.
