They ""fixed"" my AC last summer - but when i went to use it this summer, it has the same problem. Called three times, and each time was told they would have the service guy call and show up to fix my AC unit - three times, nobody called and nobody showed up. Finally went with another company that i am VERY happy with - just wish i had my money back from Van Natta for the terrible job they did.
