Excellent service and very professional. No job too small. Not only contractors, they have a service department that would even come out and just change your filters if that's all...

Worst

They ""fixed"" my AC last summer - but when i went to use it this summer, it has the same problem. Called three times, and each time was told they would have the service guy call...

They ""fixed"" my AC last summer - but when i went to use it this summer, it has the same problem. Called three times, and each time was told they would have the service guy call and show up to fix my AC unit - three times, nobody called and nobody showed up. Finally went with another company that i am VERY happy with - just wish i had my money back from Van Natta for the terrible job they did. more

Excellent service and very professional. No job too small. Not only contractors, they have a service department that would even come out and just change your filters if that's all you want. They took my call right away and service was prompt... Highly recommend! more

Great if you'll spend a lot - ignore you otherwise 11/5/2011

These guys were great when I was going to spend $20K with them. Very professional, responsive, etc. Now a couple of years later tried contacting them FOUR times for a much smaller job - asking if they'll even do it. NOTHING. No replies after 4 attempts - ridiculous for an existing customer. more
