Buyer beware! My experience started out by dealing with a less than knowledgable salesperson who said nothing about wood rot. After seeing that his quote was less than our initial quote that came from a company who was very knowledgable, I decided to ask for a quote on the wood rot as well. The highlighted quote was $100 higher, and since they were about $400 less than our other quote we hired them to do the job. The 2 stars are for the painters who did a very nice job. Didn't pick up a lot of nails, but the quality of workmanship was very good. When it came time to pay I handed the painter, who didn't have a copy of the quote or anything, a check for $1150, thinking this was the total since it was highlighted. We then called the salesperson who then tells me that price didn't include the $600 (that didn't qualify for the 25% discount) for the wood replacement. I had to go dig up the contract and sure enough, on the opposite side in VERY small print, NOT highlighted is the price for the wood replacement. This is a very deceptive way of pricing and doing business. We would have used the other company whose salesperson was more knowledgable and would have saved money in doing so. If you decide to use this company READ THE SMALL PRINT! more
