I agree completely with the last four posts! I was returning two items today and it will definitely be the last time I return to this store. I completely understand the return policy, but the way it is worded on the receipt leads one to think that you can get a store credit OR return the merchandise within 7 days. When I questioned it, the owner/worker became very RUDE and ANGRY with me. It should read "" All sales final!"" Again... I understand there are store policies, but the attitude you present towards a customer will bring those buyers back in--- no matter what! A smile and a pleasant attitude still go a long ways. It is a shame that this is the type of customer service that represented here. This store has so much potential, but with an empty parking lot and no one in the store today, I guess there are many who feel the same way as I do.
