I just called Sear's to get someone to fix my washer and the person on the phone had no idea about repair whatsoever. She was in a call center. It was going to cost $75 and hours of my time just to get a diagnosis. So, I hung up and called Bruce. He answered the phone and in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new washer. He didn't even need to come out. He explained what was wrong and how I could verify his diagnosis myself and he saved me the time and money of having someone come out and tell me that I needed a new washer.
