I learned the hard way that Ruth's does not stand behind the products it sells. I purchased a bra one month ago for $60, I followed the label's washing instructions, and the bra hooks fell off. Not only did Ruth's owner, Carol, refuse to replace it, she refused to even try contacting the manufacturer. She insisted that I caused the problem. I argued that I only followed the instructions, so how could it be my fault? So I am out $60 after having worn the bra once or twice, and I will NEVER shop there again. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I brought both of my daughters there. But they sell inferior products and don't even stand behind them. A huge disappointment.
