Took my car in on Saturday to get tinted. Was quoted a price, payed for it and left. 15 minutes later they called me to tell me they misquoted my price and upped it by $30 dollars. I told them to just go ahead and do it. This was at 11am, the time of my appointment. I called them at 2:30pm and was told it would be done later in the day. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do it and I was welcome to leave it until Monday or bring it back. So I was without my car for a full day and had a price switch on me and still didn't get my car tinted even though I had made an appointment A WEEK AND A HALF IN ADVANCE. I can't speak to their tint jobs but as far as customer service and general business acumen they certainly are lacking.
